Delivery is made at our risk so you don't have to worry about loss or damage. If there is a damage, you will be refunded within 30 days after the order.

Return and exchange

Make the Pocket tote your Pocket Tote by customizing your bag with the exclusive Swarovski powder crystals motif such as smile, stra or dots. Also available on order exclusive Swarovski powder crystals initials (mix of black, antic gold, and bronze crystals) can be fixed on the middle front or right side of your tote bag. This will not delay your delivery as it is made in our Pocket design studio. just send us a message regarding your special Swarovski request.
